Hi, i'm french, i ordered some rupees on rappelz, but i've no mail, or anything else from the site... I know its in Customer support i've to post this type of complaints, but i've not the "speciall acces rank" , so please answer me or grant me this damned rank >_<, indeed no one answer at the tchat, and i need my money quick , i feel like i've been robbed...
