i would like a refund... because of your companys incomputance i went to another provider and took service from then..
i would like a REFUND ... that means you sending MY money back to ME
understand ? |

| im wondering whether you ever actually got your refund because im going through the exact same thing now. I want a refund but keep getting a load of crap back. |

I am having problems also but i have not asked for a refund yet. i would still like the transaction but it seems that it may take some time.
did anyone get their refunds or money back? |
