48 hours ago i purchased a timed service from gogoer.com 24hours i purhcased and planned on alot more if all went smoothly ...
24 hours later i clicked live help to find out why my order had not been STARTED let alone completed....the live help operative IGNORED me after i told them i was not happy ...
now .. 48 hours later... still no service and no live help... have been sitting on it for 40 minutes... and it keeps saying "we will be with you in 10 minutes" ... hmmm

i have made the ones that appeal to me bold and red.... all of wich ahve been broken by this action....
i am not happy to say the least.. and what annoys me more.. is the lack of comunication...
something drastic needs to be done... or else i will be lodging a complaint with paypal .... trading standards (breaking terms of service) and will be taking you through magi straits court (small claims) to regain any lost money..
what does gogoer plan to do about this ?

lol what muppets...
they say they complete my order... when they enver started it.. i lodged paypal concern.. and they start packpeddling ..
im gonna claim from paypal unless my oder is completed with compensation

do not trust these wankers !!!! they amde me take down paypal despute on the basis of them finishing their order.. or refunding money and didnt..
hope they enjoy contact from my solicitor

James, im sure Gogoer is doing their best. They have a lot of orders to fil. You need to have patience.
I have gotten Gogoer service before and they do a fantastic job! |

this is a LIE ... this all happened over a month ago now (check my post date then add another week or so)
i contacted support already.. you insist it has been done.. but NOTHING was done at all to my account...
only an IMMEDIATE FULL REFUND to my paypal (VieTy@hotmail.co.uk) will prevent further contact from my solicitor (lawyer)

| this is betty. i am sorry that we found we finished your order after we checked again and again. I am sorry about the troubles. And we have the screenshot to prove that. Would you please check again? if you want, we will show you the screenshot to prove our words. We have been engage in the field for a long time and we have never cheated our customer. |
