To all valued customers who have some questions about their orders :
Gogoer.com provided special customer support forum and customer service representatives to resolve all of the questions about your orders. We will try the best to help you get what you ordered and complete your order in the satisfactory way. So that please post the order problems in the special forum which will be replied in 1 business day and be resolved as soon as possible. We suggest you NOT post the order problems which you want to be resolved by us in the section of Community General for it may result some delay of the settlement .

| COOPERATE???!!!! Are you joking me. You think that your customers should just sit and wait for months as you keep lying that the order is filled and that you are doing everything about taking care of the problem? You think that that is fair? And you say that you will refund with no questions? You have been dragging this on forever and won't give me my refund when you can't even deliver my items! |
