Several causes resulted in the delay of your delivery

To whom have paid but not got what they ordered over 36 hours:

If you are just the one of those persons who have paid but not got what you ordered over 36 hours, please confirm you have done the following steps:

1. You've paid to GOGOER DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT SERVICE CO LIMITED and received the receipt from paypal;

2. You're the verified user of paypal (that's your paypal account is verified). If you paid with an unverified paypal account, which may result in 24-48 hours delay of your delivery, we have to contact paypal to confirm that your payment is secure. We have to complete that process lest the payment should be reversed after the products have been delivered successfully.

3. When you contact our customer service representatives by email or live support, please confirm that you've provided your paypal email address to our staffs (your paypal email should be the one the paypal receipt sent to).

4. You've done all the necessary order confirmation steps which include confirmation call (to confirm your order details over the phone) and confirmation picture (to confirm the consistency of the holder name between your credit card and your paypal account)
PS. 1) Not all the orders have to be passed through the order confirmation steps above. Usually when we get your payment we will contact you if your order need to be confirmed.
2) When you are requested of sending a picture of the credit card, we only need the holder name showed in the picture. You'd better edit out your credit card number.

5. You've provided the correct and unabridged information for your order completion. If you are not sure what info we need for your order completion, you can email us to enquiry.

if you have done all of those steps above, you need not worry about the delivery of your order. You will get them soon.
