your live chat never brings anyone to help, support forums are broken, i sent an email to your services email address and it was automatically returned bacause it wasnt recognized as a real email address. This is the last step im taking towards getting any help on when to expect my delivery.

I cannot sit in a game all day and night waiting for a delivery because i have things i have to do with my time. Also other services have never had any problems doing their part by getting me my delivery in a respectable amount of time, you got my money, now do your part. Im just asking for when to expect my delivery, if at all. Otherwise i will file with pay pal for my refund. Thank you for your time.
