THEIR JOB IS TO JUST SAY ...PLZ HOLD ONE MOMENT.

Robert: This is just customer service,
Robert: it is our guys who finish your order
Robert: and they told me they had finished it
maple story : okay how can i speak with your guys
maple story : ive been told that you will check with the guy who did this. but still nothing. and then someone was also suppose to send the screen shot and still nothing. obviously someone is lying
maple story : who can help resolve this issue since customer service has not done anything but help to stall more time and lie
