Sorry for the inactive behavior from the Customer Service Center of our website in recent two
days, which was caused by a heavy earthquack happened in China at 14:26pm on May 12th. We sincerely
beg your pardon on any delay of your order delivery or getting no response from our side when you
send a email to us or ask for help on live chat because of this accident.
But fortunately, along with the earthquack passed gradualy, every work at our end get back to the
track as usual. We are again able to handle your enquiry on the status of your orders at any time
you request.
