Okay I ordered 2m gp from gogoer.

I got that 2m today. I logged yesterday and saw that they were buying oak logs, making them into planks, and selling. Okay. Fine by me.

Today I log on and I look at history. I see that 10 of my 640 some Nature Runes were sold.

Okay, not a big deal. I don't mind.
However when I withdrew some law runes to teleport, I saw that my original amount of 400some laws was reduced to TWO HUNDRED. Not a big deal, but that still means I lost sixty thousand GP worth of law runes.

This is a huge problem. I had not authorized ANYTHING allowing the person to sell my OWN items.

Along with that, I had 1.2k oak logs as well.
Just as I was typing this, I remember that my inventory of oak logs was reduced to FOUR HUNDRED.
Even though that's less than 10k GP, I am still very upset that my OWN ITEMS were used to help reach that 2m goal.

I am extremely upset. It's nothing big, but the fact that this was done without my permission or knowledge makes me extremely upset.
I've been waiting in live chat for over an hour now and nothing has happened other than that notice.

I ordered 2m GP from gogoer before and they fished lobsters to get me the money. Nothing was sold that I had originally owned.
This time I expected them to fish since I can go into fishing guild and it's much faster, however logs were made to planks and sold.
Okay. Fine, I don't mind. However then my OWN ITEMS were used, I became severely upset. I paid my own money for this service. I didn't need someone else to sell my own items on GE for me. I could have done that myself.

Now don't take this the wrong way, I am still inclined to buy off gogoer. This one bad experience will not spoil the rest for me, but I want some sort of compensation.

I don't have screenshots because I've ordered from gogoer before.
I made log of it in Notepad when I saw that oak logs were being purchased. I noted that I HAD roughly 1.2k oak logs, more or less. I noted that I HAD 400 some law runes AT LEAST. It was between 410 and 400. I know that FOR SURE. As for the Nature Runes, I do not remember how much I had, but I saw that 10 were sold in GE. I don't mind that so much, since it's only 10 and I can steal more from that chest.

My biggest concern are the two hundred missing law runes. That is COMPLETELY uncalled for.
I am not slandering the company; that is not my goal and it accomplishes nothing. I just want some sort of compensation for my loss, however small it may be.

Well NOW i'm finally in live chat.
However I've been waiting for ten minutes for a screenshot.
Apparently the live chat rep "Linda" has EXTREMELY slow internet; waiting ten minutes for one image.

Ridiculous.

my advice.. get a refund... i sent my username and pass 4 times to these.. then they ahd a screenshot wich they lost... then i finaly got a refund !!!!

jsut bang for a refund and use usfine.com its so much better
